Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space is at the heart of everything we do.
The following policies are here to protect your time, energy, and healing journey — and to help us
co-create a space of care, clarity, and respect.
✨ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund in your original form of payment.

Cancellations made 24–72 hours in advance will receive a credit to use for a future session or class.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy — it allows us to hold space for you and others with care and consistency.

🔒 Confidentiality & Safe Space Policy

This is a sacred space for your healing. All personal information, stories, and experiences shared during sessions are held in strict confidentiality.

You are safe to express your truth, emotions, and body wisdom without judgment.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin about 5 minutes after scheduled time and end on time to respect everyone's schedule.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule.

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept the following payment methods:

👐 Touch Consent Policy

Your body is yours. Always. In every session, your clear, enthusiastic consent is required for any form of touch.

You may decline or withdraw consent at any time — no explanation needed.

This is a space of sensuality, not sexualization. All participants are expected to uphold a standard of mutual respect.

Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal and termination of access to all future services.
💻 Virtual Session Policy

For online sessions, please ensure:

A quiet, private environment

A stable internet connection

Your camera remains on for safety (unless otherwise agreed)

No recordings unless explicitly permitted
