My journey with yoga began as a path to healing — a way to reconnect with my body after years of feeling disconnected and unheard. Through movement, breath, and self-love, I found not only my strength but my sensuality and confidence. It was in this transformation that I realized the power of creating a space where women could feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, my mission is to guide you toward that same sense of freedom — helping you release what no longer serves you and embrace the beauty of your own body’s wisdom. I believe that sensuality is an act of self-love and that when we move with intention, we awaken a powerful energy within us.

I created H.E.R because I believe every woman deserves to feel confident, sensual, and deeply at home in her body. Too often, we give so much of ourselves to others — to our families, our work, our responsibilities — that we forget what it feels like to truly feel ourselves. To prioritize our own peace. To move without guilt. To exist without apology. H.E.R was born out of the desire to change that.
To create a sacred space where women can return to themselves — where softness is celebrated, sensuality is honored, and resilience is reawakened. This work is rooted in self-care and mental wellness, but it goes even deeper.
Through trauma-informed, sensual yoga, H.E.R invites you to release stress, ease anxiety, and unlock the confidence that’s already living inside you. It’s not just about movement — it’s about embodiment. Expression. Empowerment.
I want every woman to feel what it means to take up space with grace. To move in ways that feel delicious and freeing. To shed shame and embrace her body’s truth — her hips, her curves, her breath, her power.

And yes — H.E.R is a reflection of my own journey, too. A journey of healing, rediscovery, and radical self-acceptance after years of playing small and putting myself last.
